a.k.a Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (N.L.P) was first introduced in 1975, N.L.P is a non-judgmental method of identifying the ways in which we have been "programmed" to think, act, and feel. Learning how to free ourselves from unwanted limiting habits and beliefs, allows us to open our minds to a new perspective of our ourselves and the world around us. N.L.P empowers us to take the steps we need to reshape our actions and relationships with others, so we can realize our full potential.
